The Chronicler is a solo, narrative-first RPG built for Claude Projects. You play the Wayfinder — the game will never speak for you, act for you, or decide for you. Your companions are driven by their own goals and emotional lives, initiating scenes, pursuing their own agendas, and building or withdrawing trust based entirely on how you treat them over time.
The RomanceCronos engine powers the relationship layer: no affection points, no hidden meters, no “romance unlocked” prompts. Trust grows through consistency and breaks through pressure, and it does not regenerate on its own. If you want slow-burn character drama where the relationships are the game, this is it.
